At Alpine Annexes we have been making annexes 1977, we pride ourselves on being relevant and innovative, we love to take on new things, we use the best quality products we can source and are always looking at better ways to make the products our customers love.
At the beginning of 2020, an icon in the industry, Des Tebbs, decided to retire. Whilst it was a sad day for the canvas industry, it was an exciting time for the Tebbs family. Des Tebbs is not only well known and highly respected by many of the Caravan dealerships in Victoria and beyond, but he is also highly regarded by the many private customers who have purchased his premium quality products over the last 75 years.
Upon hearing of Des’s planned retirement, we reached out to express both our genuine sadness that he would no longer be around and our congratulations on this new chapter we all hope to enjoy one day. We asked if there was anything we could do to assist with winding down his business, Tebbs Canvas Products. After meeting with our Managing Director, Des asked us to take on several of his important projects. The Tebbs style of Avan annexes is unique and well-loved by dealerships and consumers alike, so we have agreed to continue this fantastic style of annexe on behalf of Des and his team at Tebbs, using the same fabrics.
