Alpine Annexes has been making custom canvas products for Australian travellers since 1977. We’re a family owned and operated business, and every annexe and awning is still made in our own factory in Ringwood, Victoria.

We selected our annex that suited our needs. We took the van for one fitting which was quick, professional & we were very happy with the service & attention to detail.Then they sent the measurements to have the annex... made.Communication was the key before ordering the annex, we asked many questions & it was never too much trouble to anyone we spoke to.They even arranged delivery to their home to save us driving to their location for pick up.We went away in the caravan the next day & put the annex up, it was perfect, everything fitted where it should & the quality was outstanding. We ordered our annexe through Adam, Alpine Annexes. As our caravan is in storage, Sam & Adam made a special trip to measure our van for size requirements. All went well and we picked up our new annexe from... Ringwood.When we arrived in Merimbula/Pambula NSW caravan was on site and then assembled annexe. Back wall went on perfect, however side wall had a couple of problems and could not be fitted properly. We rang Adam on the Monday, explained our concerns and this is where, the great customer service, comes into play.Adam & Sam were very concerned about the annexe. Adam drove from Melbourne to the caravan park, where we were staying, knew the problem straight away, collected the side wall and said it would be returned to us by Australia Post courier.He rang the following day, and informed us, that annexe was on its way, all problems fixed.We were overwhelmed with their professional customer service, the speed, in which, we received the annexe back and would highly recommend their business to all our family and friendsThank you so much Adam & SamKindest regardsKen & Margot Murrayread more

Our decision to buy our first annexe with Alpine was based on a few factors. We wanted a quality Australian made product with excellent customer support. Darren made the process streamlined & after reading the reviews... felt as though we had made a great choice.Our decision was vindicated after discovering an issue on our first trip & we reluctantly called the emergency number as the office was closed over the Xmas break. We didn’t want to impose on staff during this time but Samantha answered & reassured us that it was OK.To say that she is amazing would be an understatement. Sam identified the issue immediately & that’s when the cogs started to turn. Sam had a prior engagement in Geelong the next day & we were in the King Valley. Sam rearranged her plans & contacted Summit Outfitters in Mansfield who advised they could attend to the annexe the following day. Sam actually drove to our camp site to pick up the annexe & dropped it into Mansfield. We offered to pick it up after Sam advised she was happy to drive it back to us. We simply could not believe this level of customer service. Sam checked in with us several times to make sure everything was OK & we continued our holiday with our beautiful new annexe.We love the quality & ease of use & highly recommend this company. We purchased a custom set of bed ends for our camper and decided to make the journey interstate to have them supplied and fitted as the quality from Alpine looked amazing and much better visually than others we have... seen. Prior to travelling Sam shared samples of the fabric and made sure we were happy. Unfortunately there was a problem with the fitting and a mistake made. Sam and Adam (the owners) were immediately contactable, willing to help and went out of their way to assist and solve the issue. This was great Customer service and turned a negative situation into a positive. In fact, the way they assisted and rectified was great and as a result we will always be Alpine Customers and will vouch for them. The end result is amazing and we love our bed ends. We are so glad we choose Alpine Annexes. It was a few months back now when we picked up ours, only using it for a couple of short stays, but finally spending 6 weeks in it, in far North Queensland. We picked up our new annex in May and here we are in wet and windy Merimbula in June! The annex is superb, the care and attention to detail by Darren and Samantha is second to non. Can not speak highly enough. We also... purchased the plastic window covers, brilliant for when it is raining and also for when it is windy the protection they give is good. I can't speak highly enough of the quality of the product. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for an annex get an Alpine. We also purchased the verandah and again fantastic. My Bendigo canvas goods supplier recommended Alpine Annexes to me because as he was too busy to help us, and he didn't want to recommend anyone he didn't personally know, so he asked his "Brella" canvas supplier who was... the best caravan annex manufacturer in Melbourne?He came back to me with the details of "Alpine Annexes"......and I'm so glad he made those enquiries for our benefit. Alpine were amazing. It seems to be a terrific family business and every person we "touched" during the process of ordering and fitting our annex was unbelievably professional. So well organised and such a pleasure to deal with. The annexe turned out really well. Later, after our first use I noticed the set of "Aussie Travellers" that are needed, and had come in their original cardboard box (which really doesn't work for further use) So I left a message for Adam, asking if he had a solution or could make me one.Adam is one of the owners. Without any fanfare, a beautifully designed canvas bag appeared at our home, specifically made to protect and carry these in our van when not in use. Amazing service, but not surprising. Went to Alpine annexes to get a bag awning repaired. I must say i was greeted with happy staff and very friendly attitudes.Everything seemed to be no problem for the company.
