For a full-size caravan, you can choose an annex that hangs off your awning or one with its own roof. We make each one to fit your van in our Ringwood factory.
A pop top's roof lowers for travel and storage, so the annex needs to suit that roof. We make each pop top annex to fit your van.
Hybrids are built for off-road travel. An Alpine annex works with your hybrid's outdoor kitchen and living areas, so you get the space of a full caravan setup outside.
An Expanda has slide-outs and bunk ends. We make each Expanda annex to work around them and your van's layout. We also make bed end flys for the pop-out beds.
An Alpine annex adds a covered living area beside your camper, with more room and better shelter from the weather. Many of our setups use bag awnings and walls or EZI awnings.
An Alpine annex gives you a dry, secure place to sleep and somewhere to relax after a day of riding. It also keeps your gear out of the weather.
Our JPod annex started when a customer asked for a bit more living space. Adam, our lead annex designer, drew up the first design, and it's now one of our most popular annexes.
We make annexes and awnings for the Avan Aliner, Cruiser and Cruiseliner. That includes the Tebbs-style Avan annex, made with the same fabrics and design Des Tebbs used.
Our horse float annexes give you a covered area beside your float when you travel, compete or camp with your horses. We can design one to suit weekend events or longer stays.

A roll-out awning annex is our best seller. The awning you already have is the roof, and you can put up one wall or all three. Once you're used to it, it goes up in 30 to 45 minutes. It's also strong when it's fully set up.
A full annex has its own canvas roof and a full pole frame, and it doesn't use the roll-out awning at all. It takes 1 to 2 hours to set up and is the stronger of the two. It's built to stay up for months, sometimes for good.
We also make full canvas annexes, electric awning annexes, bag awnings and walls, verandas, bed ends and horse float annexes. If the vinyl on your roll-out awning is worn out, we can replace it.

Our partner service providers can fit the track and measure your van. Most are in NSW, Tasmania and Queensland. You can also get a fitting kit from us and do it yourself.
We then freight the finished annex anywhere in Australia. If you're on the road, we can send it to a caravan park. We quote freight for each job, based on the package size and where it's going.

All our work comes with a 12-month warranty and lifetime user support. You can call us whenever you need help with your annex. We build every annex for Australian conditions, and we still see 30-year-old Alpine annexes in immaculate condition.
We fit the track and brackets and measure your van ourselves, so getting the fit right is our job.
If you measured your van yourself and it doesn't fit, send it back to us and we'll alter it. Depending on how big the changes are, there may be a charge, but a lot of the time there isn't.
If you'd like to see the finished annex on your van before you take it home, ask us for a test-fit.
