at the beginning of 2020, an icon in the industry Des Tebbs, decided to retire, whilst it was a sad day for the canvas industry, its an exciting time for the Tebbs family. Des Tebbs is not only well know and highly respected by many of the Caravan dealerships in Victoria and beyond, but he is also highly regarded by the many private customers who have purchased his premium quality products over the last 75 years.
On learning of Des’s intended retirement we reached out and offered our genuine sadness that he would no longer be around and congratulations on this new phase we all look forward to enjoying one day, we ask if there was anything we could do to help with the wind down of his business Tebbs Canvas Products and after meeting with our Managing director Des asked us to take on a few of his very important projects, the Tebbs style of Avan Annexes is unique and loved by many dealerships and consumers alike, so we have agreed to continue this fabulous style of annexe on behalf of Des and his team at Tebbs, using the same fabrics.
